Job Description
Wells Fargo Customer Connection
is currently hiring an Implementation Consultant for our Business Process &
Procedures group. Wells Fargo Customer Connection (WFCC) is comprised of 31
contact centers that provide telephone and e-mail customer service and sales
24/7. With over 12,000 team members, we service approximately 500 million
customer contacts annually supporting personal or small business accounts, home
equity products or cards, credit cards and online banking.
The Business Process and
Procedures (BPP) group supports these lines of business by providing effective
processes and timely communications to help the phone bankers deliver
exceptional customer service. BPP has a great opportunity for an individual
working with a team to support procedure implementation and documentation and
produce business operation communications for the Credit Card Customer Service
line of business. This position will consult with our Credit Card partners to
analyze, develop, and implement processes; develop, research, and maintain
procedures; and write, edit, and publish phone banker communications.
Responsibilities
- Write concise and complete
procedures and communications.
- Problem solve/produce
solutions for an immediate need and develops ideas/ plans for a better future
product.
-Analyze a business process or
procedure change to determine its impact on Credit Card Customer Service key
metrics (i.e., handle time, customer-friendliness), risk and compliance
acceptance, and other credit card business units.
- Consult, collaborate and
communicate with individuals from senior management to phone banker level
- Manage multiple
tasks/projects simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years project management
and/or implementation experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of
banking/financial products
- Demonstrated ability to write
effective communications in a business environment
- Proven ability to effectively
consult with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to
partner with business to create and implement strategic communication plans
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate within
the organization support business objectives
Preferred Skills:
- Web publishing experience
- Working knowledge of the credit card business line
